A child’s imagination, like the universe or a confused soccer player, knows no bounds. Nurture blossoming creativity with today’s Groupon to Camden Children's Garden. Children ages 2 and younger get free admission. Choose from the following options:
    • For $8, you get admission for two (a $12 value) and two ride passes (a $4 value; a $16 total value).

Imaginative play and exploration blossom in the natural world of Camden Children's Garden, where families encounter 20 gardens, educational exhibits, and rides. Inside the 4-acre horticultural playground, visitors walk among an imagined version of Ben Franklin's workshop and spot monarchs and black swallows inside the tropical environment of the butterfly house. Outside, an apatosaurus looms over the dinosaur garden, watching as mini archeologists uncover dino bones and the broken lamp he hid from his mother 80 million years ago.
Children stretch their imaginations as they live like their favorite fictional characters in the storybook garden and hunt for faeries in the Irish garden. Grownups can take a break while kids perch on rides such as a biologically diverse carousel that takes little ones up 30 feet and back down. The Arrow River train takes up to 38 children, 22 adults, and one confused buffalo on a 600-foot journey through miniature landscapes and attractions such as the historic Camden Caboose.

Romparoo - a Soft Place to Play!! Review & Exclusive Giveaway for Local Readers!!

Romparoo is celebrating the opening of it's second location on Rt. 1 in Glen Mills, PA and Mommy's Coupon Fairy is giving away FREE classes!!  Also, check out the Romparoo Deal on Living Social where you can get 5 classes for $43 (an $87 value)!
Here is a list of the classes and Open Play times offered at Glen Mills Romparoo which is located at
1102 Baltimore Pike, Suite #111, Glen Mills, PA 19342 (Crossroads Shopping Center)
Check out their new fall schedule with great class options and times for working families!!

During Romparoo's opening weekend festivities, my daughter April attended a yoga class taught by the wonderful Ms. Devon!  Devon uses the Next Generation Yoga method to teach her kiddie yoga class.  This method combines traditional yoga ideals, creative elements and the playful nature of children into a fun and exciting class for kids!  Each kid's yoga class at Romparoo is full of yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that incorporate: visual imagery, learning points, sensory integration, creative movement and other fun stuff such as books, music, props & crafts

During the class, the kids did warm-up and stretching excercises while singing, dancing, and interacting with other kids through the art of yoga.  The children learned yoga's traditional poses and positions and at the end of the class, they also learned shavasana or what Devon calls - a "Do Nothing Pose!"

Romparoo yoga classes as well as her other classes incorporate a a theme for the day!  Some popular themes include - A Day at The Beach or Jungle Animals!  During April's class, Devon read a popular book by Bill Martin Jr/Eric Carle -  "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?"  The kids loved it.

Another parent whose daughter attended the class says - "The class was incredible...these 6 little ones were kept enthralled in everything Devon sang, said or did.  Devon used sensory fun (water spray bottle), music, books and funny poems to have each child follow her into a traditional yoga pose.  In the words of my Julia (4 yrs old) I love yoga...I liked being a brown bear (downward dog) AWESOME!"

Romparoo offers yoga classes to 2-3 years - Family Yoga (done with a mommy, daddy, or caregiver!), 3-4 year olds - Kid's Yoga, and 5-7 year olds - Big Kid's Yoga.  They also offer Children's Yoga Birthday Parties!  Romparoo is conveniently located next door to the Nail Doctor if mommy wants to sneak away for a pedicure during the 45-minute Kid's Yoga or Big Kid's Yoga classes!

During the opening weekend, April and my son Owen, also attended Open Play gym which gave the kids a chance to explore on their own and interact with other kids/families.  Romparoo's soft gym is a colorful room with soft toys, a train, a ball pit, and other fun toys for the children.  The floor is made of soft interlocking squares in all the colors of the rainbow.

Here are some pics from Opening Weekend!!
